The client’s goal: teach researchers effective writing strategies

Compose trained managers at UNITE HERE to support researchers with their writing needs. Through hands on activities at a day-long workshop, managers learned how to help researchers become better writers, focusing on giving useful, process-oriented feedback. After completing the workshop, managers knew how to guide researchers to use time management and generative strategies, plan and revise, and edit for clarity and correctness.
